Attention in the use of electric hoist winch:
1, the wire rope on the drum should be arranged neatly, if found overlap and oblique round, should stop the re arrangement. Strictly prohibit the use of hand, foot pull on the wire rope. Wire rope is not fully released, at least three laps should be retained
2. The wire rope must not be knotted and twisted. It should be replaced when the line is broken more than 10% in one pitch
3, in the operation, no one shall cross the wire rope, the object lifting, the operator shall not leave the winch. Rest objects or hanging cage should be ground
4, in the operation, the driver and the signal should be closely cooperate, obey the signal unified command
5, in case of power failure, the power supply should be cut off and the lifting material will be lowered to the ground
6, the work should obey the command signal, the signal is unknown or may cause accidents should be suspended operation, to clarify the situation can continue to work
7, a sudden power outage during the operation, should immediately pull the knife, the cargo down.
8, after the completion of the work, the material should be ground and shut the electric box
9 wire rope in the process of use and mechanical wear. Spontaneous corrosion of local damage is inevitable, should be interval time brushing oil protection
10. Never overload exceeds the maximum bearing tonnage.
11 the use of the process should pay attention to not knot, flattening, arc injury. Erosion of chemical media
12 not directly lifting high temperature objects, for angular objects should be protective plate
13 the steel wire rope should be checked frequently during use, and the scrap standard should be scrapped immediately
